UCSC Community Connections offers you these opportunities and more!
Our purpose is to share our common interests, to promote understanding and support for the purpose and functions of the University, and to raise funds for and award scholarships to re-entry students and local students pursuing degrees at UCSC.
During the academic year, Community Connections members stay active through gathering for monthly speakers meetings, and many participate in interest groups, many of which continue during summer. Leadership opportunities are available by being an interest group leader or taking a seat on the board.
All members may participate in our scholarship process, whether through the hands-on selection process, donating to a scholarship fund, or attending the spring scholarship award ceremony.
